SEMO Health Network is proud to participate in special programs which serve targeted populations. These include the following:

Show Me Healthy Women, a program developed to provide mammograms and annual exams for women over 40 at either a reduced cost or no cost for women who qualify; and

Chronic Care Collaborative, which tracks and assists in managing diabetes and cardiovascular conditions. Southeast Missouri historically has a higher rate of these diseases than elsewhere within the state.

We also take an active role in outreach to the area we serve. Outreach activities include head start screenings, blood pressure screenings at area businesses, dental screenings, migrant registration, health fairs among many other activities within the area.
